Rival Sons

Rival Sons has established themselves as one of the best live rock bands around. The California-based group churns out top-tier, riff-based rock, and with their '70s-inspired blues rock, they deliver a tough and energetic sound that is rare. They blew the audience away when they played at Bukta in 2015, and headlines like "The world's best rock band" and "A real rock 'n' roll kick in the ass" dominated the newspaper pages after the 2012 concert, where they received top marks.

Throughout their career, the two-time GRAMMY-nominated band has made several solid albums, filled with one rock gem after another, and Rolling Stone magazine has stated that "Rival Sons has done its part to introduce new fans to rock". In addition to sharing the stage over the years with artists such as Black Sabbath, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC, Guns N' Roses, and Lenny Kravitz, they launched their very own record label, Sacred Tongue Recordings, in 2021.

The band's highly anticipated seventh studio album, "Darkfighter," will be released on June 2nd, and you can already listen to the single "Nobody Wants to Die" on all streaming services. They have also revealed that more is in store from them this year. The follow-up, "Lightbringer," is planned for later in 2023.
