Diskopunk

Bukta Nach and Amtmandens are crossing borders to really kick off this year's Nach program! Diskopunk is a fireworks display of a band with an absolute conviction that every single song is a smash hit! With a genuine passion for showmanship and raw power, this Swedish band truly ignites the dance floor.Since their debut singles "Antonio America" and "Fire," which alone have over 20 million streams, the band released the album "Filthy Boogie" last year. This year, they released a new EP on an independent label, which they describe as a "back to our roots bombastic dance machine bonanza."

KOBOL

Known for playing particularly fast, uncompromising, and concise hardcore interrupted only by hypnotic sludgy riffs and atmospheric noise sections, KOBOL is Tromsø's first and so far only powerviolence band. With blasting, d-beat, and juicy riffs, they invite both moshing and slamming.

KOBOL started in 2017 and consists of members from bands such as Box of Mothers, Blot, Jabba, and Reptile Master.

The Fernets

The Fernets had a short but very active career from 2005 to 2008. After just a few months as a band, they won NRK's Zoom/Urørt competition in the fall of 2005, which led to a nationwide tour the following year. Prior to the band's performance as one of the hottest acts at by, NRK's TV program "Lydverket" made a documentary about the controversial band from Tromsø. It wasn't liked by everyone.

Egon Holstad states: "I like bands that completely disregard the 'Law of Jante,' that boldly declare world domination as their goal, that don't care how they're perceived externally, and that set the bar sky-high. The Fernets were all this – on turbo. They were so shamelessly uninhibited that it bordered on parody, but the deal is that you have to deliver, which they did."

Known as the world's best band in 2007 and the world's best opening act in 2017, they are now back for an exclusive performance at Bukta in 2024, as the world's best nach band.
