The practical execution of Bukta Tromsø Open Air Festival is based on thousands of hours of volunteer effort. Without volunteers - no festival! During our last festival, approximately 400 volunteers were involved in the event. The volunteers are the "engine" of the festival, and absolutely invaluable for being able to carry out such a large event as the Bukta Festival.
